This was the second single from the debut album of the same name.
The lyrics address the narrator's frustration at constant rejection as he attempts several different tactics to seduce a woman and sleep with her. When asked during an interview whether the song had a deeper meaning, Nick Cave replied "no, it's just about not getting any pussy when I grew my mustache."
In the video band plays in a dark room where there is party going on. People mingle and some want to express the animal in them. There is also stock footage of various animals getting it on, as well as the monkey from the albums front cover. . .

Directed the films 'Road', 'Proposition' and now there is new film 'Lawless' out, which is also Nick Cave collaboration.
