The problem is not the VHS source, which seems to be quite good.

The problem here could be a bad capture (too many frames are missing) and and the conversion to progresive video.

Newbies always convert good interlaced videos to progressive, and there is no use in trying to explain them that a conversion to progressive kills smooth motion as well as half of the vertical resolution.

I don't know how the uploader got this video, but surely there's nothing we can do now to restore the original quality.

El problema no está en la fuente de video VHS, que aparenta ser bastante buena.

El problema aquí podría ser una mala captura (faltan demasiados cuadros) y la conversión a video progresivo.

Los novatos siempre convierten buenos videos entrelazados a progresivo, y es inútil tratar de explicarles que la converrsión a progresivo mata los movimientos fluídos, además de eliminar la mitad de la definición vertical.

No sé cómo consiguió este video el uploader, pero ahora no se puede hacer nada para restaurar la calidad original.
