Since there is only one Bangles - Eternal Flame video, it might be more helpful to simply title it:

Bangles - Eternal Flame​

When you add "(original video)" to the title, it makes people think there are more than 1 video for this song - and that you're posting the original (first versions of 2 or more different videos).

If you mean the 'original music video made for this song', then you can leave off the "(original video)" since it's confusing for music videos with only one version.
