You speak the truth, it's Sednaoui at his finest! And the song was really Avant garde. Since you mention you are no Minogue fan I would suggest you to check out the photoshoot he did for her Impossible Princess album, superb photographs!

Anyway, thanks to the OP again. Finding this little gem made my whole day!
