What was the source ?
The one who did this rip forgot about PAR (pixel aspect ratio which is 1.066666 for PAL systems) when re-encoded this video so video looks condensed along X-axis (width)
Coz 720*576 PAL image with PAL Pixel Aspect Ratio (1.066666) correspond 768*576 image with square PC-like pixel.
Once it is defined in video properties player will do it for you.
But here 1.06666 PAL pixel has been encoded as 1:1 PC pixel.
Is there chance to do this video in a right way?

That's pity.
I was hoping you did rip from ProRes Clean source or something like that coz original video seems to be higher quality than regular DVD.
